Course #3: Getting the Support You Need for Success
You Don't Have to Do It Alone! in Fact You Can't. Two Modules
You will learn to develop the critical mass of support needed to accomplish the goals that all leaders have. You will also learn to develop a personal support system to maintain your self-mastery.
Intentionally developing support systems seems to put us outside of our comfort zones, often from the belief that doing so would dangerously reveal our vulnerabilities to others who might take advantage. However, the consequences of not building these systems can be significant. Without active support systems, we restrict our ability to grow as human beings and to achieve our personal and organizational goals. Likewise, we pass up golden opportunities to synergize with those who inhabit our systems to solve the problems that need solving and to create new processes that add great value to our bottom-lines.
There are two modules in this course:
- The Importance of Support Systems for Personal Success
- Critical Mass Support Systems for Project Success
